Archos announced their ARCHOS 5 mini-tablet today ( specs and features ). It has a 5″ screen with 800×480 pixels (better than the 320×480 for iPod and 272×480 for the Zune) and comes in 8, 16, and 32GB sizes as well as a 500GB hard drive version. The Archos 5 will be available tomorrow in a flash model at 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB at $249.99 (with 8GB), and maxes out at $429.99 with a 500GB hard drive .
